The incident occurred between 10:25 IST (GMT +530) to 13:45 IST (GMT +530) where video processing times for new optimizations and transformations were elevated. Customers would have experienced timeouts, and slow video delivery during this time.
The root cause of the incident was identified at 11:00 IST (GMT +530) and a fix put in place later to bring down the processing and delivery times back to normal. Additional monitoring and failovers have been setup to mitigate the issue in the future.
